PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP PERILAKU INOVATIF PEKERJA KONSTRUKSI: PERAN MEDIASI BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku inovatif pekerja konstruksi di Jakarta dengan praktik berbagi pengetahuan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam kacamata teori pertukaran sosial. Analisis mediasi menggunakan Smart PLS 3.2.8 terhadap 315 responden. Responden berasal dari perusahaan konstruksi yang tersebar di Jakarta. Validitas model penelitian diteliti menggunakan Smart PLS 3.2.8. Keadilan organisasi memengaruhi praktik berbagi pengetahuan dan perilaku inovatif. Praktik berbagi pengetahuan juga memengaruhi sikap inovatif karyawan. Lebih lanjut, berbagi pengetahuan berperan sebagai pemediasi sebagian antara keadilan organisasi dan perilaku inovatif. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara keadilan organisasi, praktik berbagi pengetahuan, dan perilaku kerja inovatif dalam sektor konstruksi dimana penelitian serupa belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi secara teoritis dalam ruang lingkup penelitian yang berbeda.
